Can nose job make my nose this small? (photos)

I would like to know if i can get these kind of results with a nose job. Im postting two photos one with a wider nose ( thats what i look like now) and one with a smaller nose (which is the nose i want). Am i able to get my nose this small?

Hello your nose will be similar to second photo but not 100%. Rhinoplasty surgery also depends on your skin and bone quality.

Based on your photos, it does appear that a rhinoplasty would make a nice change to your overall appearance. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. If surgery is not an option for you, nonsurgical rhinoplasty can be used to reshape the nose by adding volume to the nose with dermal filler. Good luck! @drdonyoo

Hi Lele! I see what you're looking for. Getting narrowness in the African American nose requires stretching of the skin with strong grafts. Often times, this requires harvesting rib cartilage which is strong and long-lasting. The tip often needs to be projected as does the bridge to achieve thinness on frontal view. A base reduction (moving the nostrils inward) is often done at the same time. A lot depends on the thickness of your skin as thicker skin will be harder to obtain definition. After the procedure, steroid injections, taping, and a low salt diet will be very important to get the best result. Hope this helps!
