Hi Adonis! Absolutely, a rhinoplasty, if done well, can achieve nice improvement to match the rest of your features. In many cases, the skin is thick, so in order to achieve narrowness, the tip has to be projected as does the bridge. The nostrils as well can be moved inward (base reduction) to create narrowness. Post-procedure, I will often have my patients tape, use steroid injections to the tip to thin the skin, and maintain a low salt diet. I believe the most important aspect of rhinoplasty is to create nose which is natural and breathes well. Hope this helps you!
