I feel like my nose is kind of pig shaped and unnattractive. Not going to lie I want to look more like Aaliyah.

Based on your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Your nose can be made thinner. However, you have to have reasonable expectations. The thickness of your skin may keep you from getting Aaliyah's nose, but you can certainly have a nice improvement. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. The one procedure that would help a lot would be alar plasty to narrow the nostrils. That in addition to some other refinements might get your nose similar
