Is a chin incision necessary for successful chin liposuction or can it be done with entry points by the ears?

Hi! I would really like to avoid the small scar under the chin for chin lipo. I don't mind the two by the ears though. Is it possible to do a good job without using that center entry point?

Behind the ears alone may be possible. But, we also have designed a way for doing this liposuction through the inside of the mouth so there are no visible incisions outside anywhere!

A full set of facial and neck photographs are required to make sure you are a candidate for a chin liposuction procedure. In our practice, we make three small incisions, one underneath the chin and two behind each year. It's also Very important understand that liposuction only accomplishes removal of the fat deposits above the platysma muscle. If you have fat deposit located below  the platysma muscle, that will require surgical extraction of that fat along with the platysma plasty to significantly improve your jawline
