Tummy tuck with MR or abdominoplasty does not cause you loose your buttocks fat, this can be an optical illusion after your abdomen area has change. Keep in mind after this type of surgery diet are not recommend it, due to the post op time your body will lose weight itself.

Your second photo did not show your buttocks, so I cannot comment specifically. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon. No fat is removed from the buttocks with just an extended tummy tuck.

Without proper before and after naked photos, it is impossible for any of us to give you an accurate assessment.

An extended tummy tuck should not impact your buttocks at all. It may be an illusion since your abdomen has changed. Unless you specifically had liposuction to the area or if your tummy tuck incision extended to your back, the buttocks wouldn't change as a result of the surgery.

In order to make a quality assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Without seeing pictures we can’t really make an assessment. Generally, an extended tummy tuck should bring in the waist, creating overall better feminine curves, and figures.
