Hello. I would like to have Tummy Tuck, 360 lipo, breast lift without implants, lipo on arms and inner thighs. This is the only trip I can make to Turkey, therefore I want all these procedures to be done in one surgery. I am 39 yrs old and very healthy. Is it possible to have them all done at the same time? Thanks
Answer: Combination procedures Hi Anne. These procedure are often combined in different settings. You should discuss this with your Plastic Surgeon to decide if combining them is suitable in your case. Generally it depends on the overall length of the procedure and understanding the risks involved with that.

Answer: Tummy Tuck, 360 Lipo, Breast Lift, and Lipo to Arms and Inner Thighs: Recommended Approach Hello Annemarie20 in Sydney. Thank you for your question regarding whether you can have a tummy tuck, 360 liposuction, breast lift without implants, and liposuction on your arms and inner thighs done in one surgery. Given the extensive nature of the procedures you’re considering, I recommend splitting them into two separate surgeries for your safety and optimal recovery: First Procedure: 360 Lipo + Lipo of Arms and Inner Thighs 360 Liposuction: This comprehensive liposuction targets multiple areas around your midsection, helping to contour your body. Liposuction on Arms and Inner Thighs: This will remove excess fat from these areas to create a more toned appearance. Second Procedure: Tummy Tuck + Breast Lift Tummy Tuck: This will remove excess skin and tighten your abdominal muscles. Breast Lift Without Implants: This surgery will lift and reshape your breasts without adding implants. Splitting the procedures this way helps to minimize the risks associated with longer surgery times and extensive recovery periods. It also allows for more focused and effective results from each procedure. It is essential to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific case and advise you on the safest and most effective approach. They can help you understand the potential risks and benefits, as well as develop a plan that aligns with your goals and health status. Good luck with your upcoming procedures, and I hope this helps to answer your question regarding the feasibility of combining multiple surgeries. Sincerely, J. Timothy Katzen, MD, FASMBS, FICS

Answer: Combination of procedures Dear Annemarie20, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Surgery You would need to be healthy enough for elective surgery and your surgeon would be willing to do all those procedures in one session. I would recommend having surgery done in your area so you can have follow up visits and someone to see should there be complications.
