I know my body isn’t ready for lifting or running yet. But I feel so tiff and sore from not working out. How long before I can do yoga? I am currently 1 week post op

Answer: Exercises after lipo Thank you for your question. Exercises tend to allow two weeks after PO, gradually: first, gentle walks without sweating, then, you can go to the gym to do aerobics, and, after four months you can stats with machines exercise and start with light weights, and, if there are no problems, only six months after PO may charge "free weights".Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

I recommend my patients to wait at least 3-4 weeks before resuming their workout rutine (cardio, lift, yoga, etc.). If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
