Yes, you can have a Brazilian Butt Lift if you already have butt implants.  Fat grafting will fill in the hips and the edges of the implant making the buttocks more enhanced.

Yes, you can. To be a candidate for plastic surgery, in general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

If your buttock implants are intramuscular in position, then you can safely have fat injections done secondarily.

Fat Transfer after having a buttock implant is very possible and some times needed to complete what the implant can not do.Fill in the hips, fill in the edges of the implant so it can not be felt. make the buttock round where implant did not do that.it is an art not just transferring fat any way

Yes, but having BBL with implants in place will make it a bit more risky. The reason for that is that the risk of infection increases a great deal when you have implants in place. See a trained PS who has experience with BBL and with Buttock implants to get the best possible result. Good luck!
