I appreciate your question.Yes, you can have a Brazilian Butt Lift if you already have butt implants. Fat grafting will fill in the hips and the edges of the implant making the buttocks more enhanced. The best way to assess and givetrue advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certifiedplastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery.Best of luck!Dr. Schwartz
Hi... thank you for the question... Yes you can have fat transfer to the buttock area even if you had implants in the past.
If the implants are placed in an intramuscular or submuscular plane, fat transfer can be performed.Kenneth Hughes, MDBeverly Hills, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Yes, you can. To be a candidate for plastic surgery, in general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
If your buttock implants are intramuscular in position, then you can safely have fat injections done secondarily.
Hi, thanks for your inquiry. The answer is yes, you might have it, in case you have enough fat to transfer. Please make sure that you and your surgeon are on the same page. Don't forget to discuss all your concerns, options and expectations thoroughly. Have a safe and pleasant PS Journey!Respectfully,Dr. Jaime Campos-Leon
Thank you for your question. Yes you can have a BBL if you have butt implants. I hope you find this useful.
Fat Transfer after having a buttock implant is very possible and some times needed to complete what the implant can not do.Fill in the hips, fill in the edges of the implant so it can not be felt. make the buttock round where implant did not do that.it is an art not just transferring fat any way
It is possible to have a BBL after having gluteal implants.Sometimes the combination can give the very best results. One potential risk of having the implants get contaminated and infected. This risk is still fairly low.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
Yes, but having BBL with implants in place will make it a bit more risky. The reason for that is that the risk of infection increases a great deal when you have implants in place. See a trained PS who has experience with BBL and with Buttock implants to get the best possible result. Good luck!
I do not offer or recommend Lymphatic Massage in my practice either. It does help make swelling go away quicker, but swelling will go away on it's own even if you do nothing. It does not change your results in any way. The most important things are to do the surgery safely...
I appreciate your question. The Epi-foam is provided at the time of surgery at no extra charge to you. You must keep it in place until your post op visits. Please contact your surgeon's office for more details. His/her patient care coordinator should be able to answer your...
