Thank you for your question on massages. While it is not necessary to do massages after liposuction or a BBL, it does help with initial swelling. If your surgeon does not offer the massages, sometimes they have the numbers of establishments that do. If not, you may ask friends or use realself or google. You should call several to question them on their practices and choose one that you feel most comfortable.Best of luck.Dr. T
I do not offer or recommend Lymphatic Massage in my practice either. It does help make swelling go away quicker, but swelling will go away on it's own even if you do nothing. It does not change your results in any way. The most important things are to do the surgery safely and get good results. DiscoverTheBeauty.com

I appreciate your question. Since there has been a change in your post op course, please contact your surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan at this time. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a...
Thank you for your question.Drains will drain if they are left in. Once the amount of drainage has gone down significantly, your body will be able to reabsorb the fluid on its own when the drain is removed (your doctor will determine when they feel it is ok to do so).Patients may leak a...
Thank you for your question. After swelling is gone the butt doesn't stay hard. After about two weeks the butt starts feeling more natural and softer. As far as how tight it eventually stays will depend on the amount of grafting done and the amount of fat that is not reabsorbed as well as the...
