It is possible to achieve a smaller, more defined and more elegant nose shape (with making the nasal bridge thinner and nostrils more even) with a revision rhinoplasty surgery.

You can certainly make improvements after the proper time has elapsed for healing (usually 12 months). The nose can be lengthened and the bridge smoothed and improved. Symmetry can be worked on. If the septum is still deviated and causing breathing trouble, this can also be addressed. I would suggest revisiting with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and what can be done. If you need a second opinion, you can always have another surgeon give you input. Hope this helps!

As long as it's been at least one year since your primary rhinoplasty, then you can consider undergoing a revision. The residual hump can be shaved down, and that concave upper lateral cartilage on your left side will need to be grafted with your own cartilage.
