I know that my nose looks better than before surgery but the bridge feels flat on the upper portion and uneven. It goes to one side still and I have two different profiles. One nostril is smaller. Not satisfied with the projection either. He made it shorter than discussed. It feels my septum is still deviated and nasal bones drifted.
Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty Hi @Tayyy95. I'm sorry you are not happy with your results. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided. Your nasal bridge looks wide and your nostrils are uneven. It is possible to achieve a smaller, more defined and more elegant nose shape (with making the nasal bridge thinner and nostrils more even) with a revision rhinoplasty surgery. Best regards!Prof. Dr. Selcuk Inanli

Answer: Rhinoplasty Result Good Afternoon! Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with your result. I see what you're referring to. You can certainly make improvements after the proper time has elapsed for healing (usually 12 months). The nose can be lengthened and the bridge smoothed and improved. Symmetry can be worked on. If the septum is still deviated and causing breathing trouble, this can also be addressed. I would suggest revisiting with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and what can be done. If you need a second opinion, you can always have another surgeon give you input. Hope this helps!

Answer: Two different profiles after rhinoplasty As long as it's been at least one year since your primary rhinoplasty, then you can consider undergoing a revision. The residual hump can be shaved down, and that concave upper lateral cartilage on your left side will need to be grafted with your own cartilage. It's important to know how much cartilage is leftover on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes. Nostril asymmetry is normal to have before and after rhinoplasty surgery
