After my rino my lip was so sore. I asked my surgeon why and he said he lifted the lip muscle. When I realized my smile was crooked, I inquired more about what was done and he said it was standard to go down to the lip muscle & it was something to do with my columella. You can see my artery is in a different place and my smile is crooked because that area isn’t “filled out” like the other side. Is this normal? Is it possible to safely move it back into place? It affecting my speech :(
