Extra skin on nasal tip. Is there a way to fix this? (Photo)

I am almost three years post rhinoplasty. My original nose had a large bulbous tip and I am left with some extra skin that hangs around the nasal tip. At this point I don’t think the skin on my nose is going to “shrink wrap” anymore so I’m just curious as to if there is a way to fix this.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided it looks like there is extra skin as you said on the lower tip. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty to correct the tip. It is possible to perform an alar base plasty and stretch the skin so it won't hang as now.

In general, up close photos of difficult to evaluate. I can see some excess skin in your soft tissue triangle area. If your nostril margins are asymmetrical or if there are any indentations in your nasal tip, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for smoothing them out and providing symmetry.
