Can a rhinoplasty and Septoplasty be performed at the same time? A rhinoplasty and septoplasty are most commonly performed at the same time. Nostril tuck is also usually performed at the same time. Some surgeons would consider it wise to let that heal and perform the lip plasty at a later date.

Although individual practices may vary, plastic surgeons and otolaryngologists can work together to perform septorhinoplasty in a single stage, with the advantages of having a single episode of anesthesia and limiting costs.
As to whether alar base reduction and lip lift can also be done at the same time will depend entirely upon if your surgeon performs open or closed rhinoplasty and you are both comfortable with the resulting scars.
