Hello! I am 29 years old and had a closed rhinoplasty in Istanbul in 2016. I was young and HATED my nose and I wanted to make it as small and pointy as possible. Now that I am nearing 30, I am having to wear nose plugs to bed, I've noticed my tip is caving in more each year on the sides and it's getting hard to breathe. Did my doctor pinch my nose? Is this an easy fix? I am worried I will have to do multiple surgeries. I have included pictures of my nose before, now and my ideal wish ( q tips)
