7 months post op 2nd revision DCF rhino and my nose still looks long and sausage like. Do I need another revision?

Hi Im a 32 yr old female. Ive had rhinoplasty 3x 1st was botched dr used pure ear cartilage on bridge and my bump became 2 bumps 2nd rib rhino the rib warped an my nose was too large high 3rd and it's still too long and my bridge became thick. What can be done?
