Lower Face and Neck Lipo — Love the Results!

I had a lower face and neck liposuction and I’m very happy with the results. The scars are barely visible (behind ears and under chin) and my face looks so much slimmer. All my life when I gained weight, it would show on my face first. I hated it! Dr. Aiello and is staff are the best

Love this whole experience, this will be my second procedure with Dr. Aielolo. His entire staff is amazing and so supportive. I am having a breast augmentation and was a little nervous about it. Tracy put my mind at ease and shared her experiences as well. The facility is amazing and you are completely taken care of the moment you step inside.

Positive Experience

I got my breast done 9 years ago. My experience was great! The dr and staff were helpful through it all. I never felt rushed or obligated to do anything. The dr answered all my questions. My breast came out great. I would recommend dr.aiello to anyone looking to get breast augmentation.

I've Wanted to Do This for 20+ Years - SO Glad I Found the Right Doctor!

I am a returning patient. I had a good experience with Dr. Aiello and their staff over 10 years ago and I am pleased with the current staff as well. It's time to replace my implants with Silicone and I would not trust anyone else to perform the surgery but Dr. Aiello.

Awesome Results

I had a previous Lipo, but the results were a bit lop sided. I had tried Cool Sculpting and diet, but could not get this to even out. I saw Dr. Aiello for a consultation and the price was so good, I could not say no. However I had to wait as I was in transition a my work. I called to schedule and got lucky. 2nd Time Around

Back in 2011 i got my first breast augmentation with Dr Aiello. I would always get complements on how natural my breast looked. Now 2019 After having a couple of babies (4yr old and 2yr old) I felt it was time for a mommy make over. I came back to Dr Aiello. Perhaps the Best Plastics Doctor in the OC

This is my second procedure with this office. I had a mommy make over and lift and had unbelievable results. You really have to love doctor Aiello. My figure is now very symmetrical, and they had a lot of work to fix my tummy which was ripped up by birth of my 4 kids. Dr. Aiello really took his time during my procedure.
