So I had my surgery 13months ago and I don't like what the surgeon has done to my columella, I know it hanged but I like the look for it as it was ethnic, is there any way of achieving the same so of columella look I had before- like I don't know if this will make sense but even my columella was "thicker than before" now it is very thin- I loved the diamond shape it produced, I will need to have surgery anyways as I am having breathing issues- any advice on how to achieve it techniques etc

Your up close photos are difficult to interpret, however, I believe I see an indentation in your mid bridge. If this is the case, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for improving upon this indentation without further surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
