Can a lateral osteotomy be reversed?

Please I'm so desperate to know whether a lateral osteotomy could be reversed. I didn't not ask for this nor did I consent to a septorhinoplasty. My nose looks botched and I'm so unhappy. My tip also looks so thin and my nose is dipped. I loved my little bulby tip and I don't have that anymore.the sides of my nose is too narrow and I can see the incision on the sides as my skin is thin on the sides. I now have a protruding pulse that I can see and feel on the side.
