Looking for a revision in Australia to fix my botched primary rhinoplasty. I feel horrible and have fallen in so much depression. Having identity crisis and constantly feeling anxious and having panic attacks when I’m outside

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision to derotate your overrotated tip and deproject the tip. This could give a much more natural result with less nostril exposure.  Surgical maneuvers would include release of scar tissue and placement of extended spreader grafts to derotate the tip.  With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
