I had a primary rhinoplasty somewhere around 2012. I was in an accident in 2019 and had a big impact to right side of my nose. I was told I needed a septoplasty as well. A year after, I was not at all ok with my results. My nose was noticeably “fatter”. It was smaller from the side but noticeably larger from the front. I could also still see the damage from the impact. He did another revision and same results. What are my options?
