I had an extended tummy tuck 3/18. I foolishly asked my surgeon to not do the muscle plication but he did end up doing "a few stitches below the navel". I'm happy with my tummy from the front, though I'd like a more hourglass shape. I am not happy with the way my lower tummy sticks out from the side and wish i looked less thick. When i lean back it looks perfect. What causes my round lower tummy and what, if anything, can i have done to make me look as i do leaning back?

I do not recommend anybody travel long distances for elective surgical procedures. Likewise I recommend patients have multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in order to find the most talented and experience provider for their needs.
The process should begin...
Yes, this will need to be revised and will require removing the entire cavity of the seroma and leaving drains for at least 2 weeks. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
Great series of posted photos... This is a very difficult diagnostic/ethical issue. If the PS might have thought 2 rounds were needed then why was this NOR discussed initially - informed consent concept. I would offer you a revision full TT at my costs + small MD fee of $5,000-$6,000. Maybe you...
