The photos are 14 months post 4500 grafts combined procedure. I have also attached few pictures taken just before the procedure. My questions: (A) the right hand side has grown less than the left hand side. I still notice small grafts few millimeters in lengths that have not fallen nor have grown to match other hair. Will such small hairs grow or will it fell down? (B) does this seem to be a successful procedure from the general look at the pictures and considering that 4500 grafts were done?

Most patients experience shedding. You will have hair loss after surgery. You may have graft loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take. You won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.
