When Can I Return to Facial Laser Hair Removal Sessions After Rhinoplasty?

I have been doing full facial hair removal laser, and i have my third session one month after my rhinoplasty. I was wondering if it would cause any harm to my result from the outside or from the inside , also sometimes facial laser could cause you to make strong facial expressions from the pain without realising , im worried it effects my result.
