Does Profound RF or Infini RF generate the most volume in facial folds?

Both Profound RF and Infini are safe and effective non-surgical lifting and tightening treatments.  They both use micro-needles that emit radiofrequency energy creating heat that stimulate natural collagen production.  I find that the nasolabial folds improve in a natural fashion as the cheeks seem to have increased volume and lift. These devices are the best non-surgical lifting and tightening devices and do work on improvement of fine lines and wrinkles.  I often use them in combination with fillers when needed.  Sculptra, Voluma, and other fillers are used on an individualized basis depending upon the unique needs of each patient.

Thank you for your question.  I would rate the Profound as a more intense version of the Infini which usually requires more treatments.  You may see some reduction of the depth of folds or lines, but this is more a result of the creating more collagen and elastin support in the skin versus a replenishment of lost facial fat volume.  I would recommend dermal fillers or longer lasting volumizing approaches such as Sculptra or fat grafting to address facial volume.  I often combine the Profound with other procedures such as CO2 laser to help address fine lines as well.  I would recommend that you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon who also has a great deal of experience in non-surgical facial rejuvenation.

No, these treatments can lift skin, however for volume replacement, the most reliable method is with dermal fillers. I do believe that a balance of skin texture, tone and volume gives the most natural results. More info. in the web reference below. All the best, Dr Davin Lim
