My hair sticks up after my hair transplant. Can FUE fix it?

If your hair "sticks straight up" in the wrong direction, that is a more of a technical error by the surgeon. The direction angle and distribution of how the hair grows is one of the most important factors that your surgeon controls during surgery. It cannot be changed.

Yes, it could be one of the recipient site complications following hair transplant surgery. You need to be seen in person. I will suggest you to book a consult with a trained and experienced hair restoration in your town or state. Good luck. 

Its important when hair transplant is performed that the hair transplanted is inserted at the correct angle and direction. If the patten is not followed of the native hair the transplanted hair will not appear natural.

Some surgeons possibly non-surgeons who do hair transplants don't understand the direction that hair grows. Depending upon how many of your hair are placed in the wrong angle, FUE might be difficult and expensive to remove them. I would have to examine you to make that assessment
