My hair sticks up after my hair transplant. Can FUE fix it?

When I'm fixing my hair to go out I often struggle with certain areas in which the hairs stick out. Like they were implanted at the wrong angle. Can a surgeon tell which hairs are at the wrong angle and FUE procedure to remove those hairs, and reinsert them at the proper angle? Even if they have to be inserted somewhere else on the head?

Answer: If your hair "sticks straight up" in the wrong direction, that is a more of a technical error by the surgeon.
