Can you combine Hairline lowering surgery (temples only) with 1cm FUT/FUE in front of the scar to cover the scar? (Photos)

I would like to fill in my temples, only I feel that if you cover everything with FUT/FUE only, you will never get a very natural dense result. With hairline lowering surgery you shift the entire hairline, as the hairs are original the result is very natural dense. The downside is that it leaves a scar which often is visible. Can you combine both techniques? Have lowering of the temples with scar, but leave the first 1cm free to place grafts with FUT/FUE. See photo? Is this a good idea?

Answer: Forehead advancement or hair transplant both work to lower your hairline. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages.
