I would like to fill in my temples, only I feel that if you cover everything with FUT/FUE only, you will never get a very natural dense result. With hairline lowering surgery you shift the entire hairline, as the hairs are original the result is very natural dense. The downside is that it leaves a scar which often is visible. Can you combine both techniques? Have lowering of the temples with scar, but leave the first 1cm free to place grafts with FUT/FUE. See photo? Is this a good idea?
