Can my over-resected nose from a revision rhino be corrected back to previous? How? Closed or open? (Photo)

Rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty are both complex procedures that should only be trusted to a board certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in the area of rhinoplasty. Typically, I recommend that patients wait at least 1 year following a rhinoplasty procedure for further surgery in order to allow time for swelling to decrease. After visiting a revision rhinoplasty specialist, you will have a better understanding of what concerns can be addressed and treated with secondary rhinoplasty.

My thoughts on rhinoplasty imaging differ from most other revision rhinoplasty experts in that while I see how computer modeling can be illustrative and even instructive, I firmly believe that this is a work of fiction and mostly a marketing tool... I have yet to see comparisons of pre-op, post-op and imaging pictures that convincingly illustrate their utility....that said, it is most important for a revision rhinoplasty expert to be able to examine their patients, articulate a plan and reasonably predict what the results will beBased on your photos it seems likely that you can add some length and dorsal height as well as improve the symmetry/projection/rotation of your tip...you will need to vet the process and be examinedgood luck...
