How can I remove this fat transfer from my temples? (Photo)

Question

I had fat transfer in my temples, but it make my face look too long and no definition. It's been a year and I can't live with it any longer. I have inquire several dr but they said it's too risky. In my country, a lot would even get temple implants. How come I can't get my fat removed? Please advise. I live in ohio, please help me if you can and message me ur price. Thank you!!

Facial fat grafting has a finite complication profile. In our 
office, we see patients with complications from fat grafting including 
fat necrosis, lumping, uneven distribution, asymmetry, and migration. If
 the fat is not feasible for removal, we perform targetted lipolysis or 
RF tightening to recontour the area.

it's rare for grafted fat to survive in the temple region so it may be a different area that you are referring to. I agree with Dr. Lambrusco. Depending on where the fat has been grafted depends on how challenging it may be to remove it. Mid cheeks is doable around the eyes it's technically much more challenging.  Sometimes a direct incision other times liposuction. Best, Mats Hagstrom,MD

I think your face looks good. The only risk of removing the fat is that you might see some irregularity.  Your doctors just don't want to do it. This is easily done with local anesthetic and either opening the skin and removing the fat directly or doing a small liposuction
