I went in to have a rhinoplasty in January... My profile was improved trendously, but from the front, I look much worse. There is now a huge gap between my nose and my upper lip. .. It' unflasttering and I look WAY worse than before surgery... Can anything really e done to reduce this gap??? I had a nasal spine that maybe made the gap smaller.. but now that's gone and I don't know if it can be put back? What can I do? I don't like this new look from the front AT ALL!

If the nurse left sutures, you might have to see your primary care doctor to get them out if you had your rhinoplasty in another country. If left they may be a source of irritation later on.
No. Every procedure has risks, and altering your tip may change the appearance of your upper 1/3 of your nose. Aesthetically a triangular nose is aesthetic and I'm not sure just doing your tip will achieve that. I'd have to see you in person or video consult to determine for sure...
Your posted photos are inadequate for a full assessment. Your claim of a bulbous tip, vertical nostrils and a visible left nostril on side view are corroborated by the photos though.
The nostril orientation and tip shape can be altered using tip shaping sutures placed in the tip cartilages....
