It's a little difficult to fully assess your asymmetry based on the photos you provide. That said, most of us have asymmetries in our face, starting with our skeleton and bones up to our muscles and fat pads. For lower eyelid lines of the outside half of the eye, botox can be quite effective at reducing these. Alternatively, excess skin can be removed with blepharoplasty, and fat transfer restores fat that we loose with aging. During the surgical procedures, to a certain degree your surgeon can help compensate for inherent asymmetries. For cheek asymmetry at your age, I'd suggest filler or fat transfer to help even this out.

the patient complains of an asymmetrical fullness below variety. Photographs do not illustrate the problem well. Although the patient assesses the problem as being associated with zygomaticus muscle there are a number of possible explanations for fullness below the eyelid including herniated fat, malar fat pad shifting, atrophy of the underlying tissue, festoons or hypertrophy of the periorbital muscles, etc. This needs to be assessed by a competent plastic surgeon who can recommend possible treatment.
