I have asymmetrial facial muscles which greate a thick line under the left eye. Is it possible someow reduce the size of the other zygomatic muscle or is blepharoblasty a good idea? Thank you inadvance!

Thank for your question and the photo. Suture granulomas which are body’s reaction to the external material only should occur if there is a foreign body including a suture there. Once that has extruded or been removed the reaction usually subsides. Good luck
