Lower bleph + cantoplexy: eyelid swelling (or seroma?) and asymmetry - Anything I can do? (photo)

It would have been nice if your surgeon had place the lower eyelid skin incision close to the eyelid lashes on each side. Instead, the incisions appear to have been place in different locations on the two sides. This is contributing to a harsh post surgical look. I would not advise you to massage the eyelids. Simply letting the eyelids heal is very helpful. There is no evidence of seroma in the photographs. Mostly you need time to heal. Issues that bother you at two months are much more likely to persist as a problem than the issues that are evident at 2 weeks after surgery.

Thanks for posting your results and question.  Your eyes look within normal range based on what you describe as being done and the number of days postop..  Best to visit your surgeon and review concerns. Likely your result  will improve over the coming weeks. 

thank you for your question and photo. 12 days postoperatively, it is very common to have a symmetries, swelling, and changes along the incision lines. I would recommend touching base with your surgeon and voicing your concerns. best of luck!
