I had a canthoplasty surgery 2 months ago aprox. But just days ago I noticed a little scleral show. Is this normal? (photos)

In your photograph there is evidence of an infracillary incision. That would be consistent with a transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty. It is quite likely that your surgeon also performed a lateral canthopexy or even possibly a canthoplasty at the same time anticipating the the transcutaneous lower belepharoplasty might pull the lower eyelid down. Surgoens wrongly assume that the lateral canthal surgery is insurance against lower eyelid malposition after lower transcutaneous eyelid surgery. I say wrongly assume because very often, canthal tightening does not really help support the lower eyelid in this situation and in some cases it can actually make things worse.  In my opinion, lid massage will not correct this. More lateral canthal tighten will also not fix this. There are surgery surgical options but this is getting way ahead of things. First your eyelid needs to heal about 6 months before considering reconstructive. When you are ready, there is no substitute for a personal consultation. 

This is a complex issue that need more information and evaluation in consultation. It appears you have lower eyelid retraction. Canthoplasty alone is not enough to correct this. Lower eyelid retraction surgery is also needed. There are limitations too. See an expert.

Did you do the canthoplasty to repair a low lid from previous surgery?  Even at one week you have some scleral show, so probably needed some sort of spacer graft to really get the lid up.  With time there is retraction of any surgical area, so the lid is starting to pull down.  You will be healing for another few months, so you can try to massage up but may not see too much improvement at this stage.  You do have some hollowing in the lateral portion of the lid.  Some HA filler into that spot can help to provide support for the lid and elevate the lid.  If there are any scar bands holding the lid down some injections  of steroid and 5-FU may soften these and allow the lid to elevate.
