Answer: Liposuction of the Mons area easily done with conventional liposuction with local anesthesia. I'm not sure cool sculpture could be adapted to the Mons. Conventional liposuction would yield a very good result in can be performed with local anesthesia.

Answer: CoolSculpting of the Mons Pubis and Fatty Upper Vagina area should be avoided! The CoolSculpting has to be able to draw tissue into the applicator. The Mons Pubis area doesn't have a roll that allows for this. If there is an area just above this then that is potentially appropriate. Please see Board Certified Plastic Surgeon regarding this area and procedures that could be performed that are the most appropriate.
