Answer: Cheap liposuction If you want the procedure done by a qualified surgeon you cannot, at least not in the US. And I do not recommend traveling to get cheap plastic surgery. There was just a young lady who died in a foreign country having liposuction by an unqualified "surgeon". It would be safer to save your money and have it done properly rather then put your life at risk.in addition, there were three women who developed severe infections in 2012 when their liposuction was done at a medical spa.

Answer: Liposuction may not be money well spent if and abdominoplasty is indicated. The photograph is not particularly revealing but it looks as though you'd benefit more from and abdominoplasty. In any event I don't think you can get liposuction of the abdomen for less than $1000.
