I agree with the other authors in that 1) you are early in  the post operative phase and 2) You should aggressively message the tissues to keep from developing adhesions. However, you should know that there is a chance that best resolution may involve secondary surgery such as a skin only abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Some surgeons have good luck with fat grafting but I have not found fat grafting to be especially helpful in this scenario.  It is really tough to assess over the net especially when no pre-operative photos are submitted. Keep in touch with your plastic surgeon. It is a known adverse sequelae of large volume aggressive liposuction but the results that you see today are not the final results. Hang in there. 

I suggest speaking to your physician.  There are risks of contour irregularities after liposuction, particuarly large volume.  You want to ensure you dont have a seroma or other issues going on such as scarring.  As well, the compression garment may be inappropriate for you and causing this problem.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You had LARGE VOLUME LIPOSUCTION. The irregularities are common with this type of operation in such high volumes. Allow 1 year healing than determine if you can correct... 

At such an early post-op you it is a bit too early to see the final result. You shoudl give it a minimum of 4-6 months for the swelling to subside.

With high volume liposuction, there are higher risks for contour irregularities especially if skin tone is relatively poor. There is still a decent chance that the contour of your abdomen will continue to improve since you are still in the early stages of your recovery from surgery.
