Hello and thank you for your question. The best way to answer this would be with an in-person consultation. It may be possible to replace the crown, if necessary. I recommend getting a consultation with a prosthodontist to go over your options. A prosthodontist is a dental specialist who has advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth and can create a customized treatment plan using the latest techniques.

The short answer to your question is Yes. Depending how the implant was restored will determine the ease of the replacement. If the crown was screw retained then the dentist can easily access the screw and remove the old crown for repair or replacement. 
If the Implant crown was cemented then it’s more difficult to conservatively replace. Often the crown needs to be cut off to expose the Implant abutment. 
Cost could be anywhere from $1000-2000. 
This is a moderate to advanced procedure depending upon the circumstances. Look for a dentist who is comfortable with this type of dentistry.

Replacing implant crowns can be extremely easy if your dentist utilizes CAD/CAM scanning technology and has a custom ceramic milling unit in their office.  The most common is a CEREC unit and crowns can be milled out in just a few minutes but expect 1-2hours for the completed appointment.
