I got the first stage of implant surgery on March 9 today is April 4, i went back to my dr March 22 and he said to leave them in. The stitches now feel like they are in a ball in my mouth and they are nonabsorbable, I looked at them and they seem to have what looks like what puss or dots around the stitches. i go back to the dr on Monday April 9 and it is Thursday April 4 my one right gland under my neck was sore the past two days and now is not sore anymore so i go to the dr sooner

It must be normal is they used resorbable stitches, otherwise you need to return at post-op check up to have them removed. If stitches are left too long they can cause gum irritation.
