White gum after back tooth removed and bone graft for dental implant. Is this normal?

TinaLouise518
I had a back tooth removed and a bone graft done for future implant. I am worried because the gum has turned totally white and is overly soft . The stitches are still fine. Area is still painful but pain managed with meds. I am on an antibiotic. I an on my 3rd day since surgery. Is this normal???
