Without in person evaluation it is difficult to giver you good advice. However,  size of lumps and appearance on the photos may be associated with hematoma. It is very important to see your surgeon ASAP for evaluation and eventual removal of hematoma/seroma.

If you cannot move your chin or lower lip because of swelling, you have a fair amount of swelling for 1 week post op.  Renuvion of the neck is not usually associated with nerve paralysis.  Its best to follow closely with your surgeon.
