10 days post-op. Why do I have hard and soft lumps on my neck and jaw? How can I get relief?

Without in person evaluation it is difficult to giver you good advice. However,  size of lumps and appearance on the photos may be associated with hematoma. It is very important to see your surgeon ASAP for evaluation and eventual removal of hematoma/seroma.

Although swelling and some degree of lumpiness are expected in the first few weeks after surgery, from your photos I would suggest that the best course of action is to contact your surgeon to be seen, to exclude an hematoma (localized collection of blood). Not sure what is going on in your case. Recommend seeing your surgeon ASAP or seek in person second opinions from boarded Plastic surgeons in Florida

Since you are only ten days out be patient.Heat and massage will help to get rid of the swelling.The tightness may be due to swelling and/or sutures.
