Chin has become very red after using fillers. Is there anything I can do to fix the redness without losing the filler?

You did not post photos, but may have developed rosacea. I would suggest going to a dermatologist and be checked.

Usually the vessels causing erythema (redness) are not large enough to inject (sclerotherapy). I feel your best bet is to have laser therapy which will cauterize the vessels in the skin and solve the issue. Seek out either a plastic surgeon or dermatologist that has vascular lasers available at their office.

Consider a vascular laser such as the V beam or the Cutera EXCEL V. Also you can see a vascular surgeon and the can possibly use hypertonic saline as well.
