Will my festoons go away after my sinuses clear? Is it okay to get Voluma cheek fillers? (photos)

Hello! I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis a few weeks ago after first getting an infection in December and it never going away despite treatment. Ct scan results attached. Since then, I’ve developed festoons and I’m sure they’re related because I’ve never had them nor does anyone in my family. Not even a little. So my questions are 1) will this go away as fast as it came on once my sinuses are clear? 2) I’m getting filler (Voluma) after consulting with my Botox doctor - is that good?

Festoons are difficult to treat.  Fillers are not typically the answer for them as they can appear more pronounced.  Morpheus8 which combines microneedling with RF technology may yield improvement.  It is designed to improve overall skin tone and texture.
