I had a muscle tightening tummy tuck 3 months ago. Although the pain is getting better, it still hurts to sneeze and stretch. I started exercising again 4 days ago using a rowing machine. I lasted 2 days, by the third day I had to stop as I had a pain in the top let part of the muscle. I'm wondering when I can expect to feel normal again in regards to pain and sensation in the tummy, if I started exercising too soon and could I have done some damage to the muscle from starting exercising? Thanks
