What can be done to fix a tight blepharoplasty scar in inner corner of the eye? (Photos)

I had upper blepharoplasty in Decembe 2020. On one side the scar is creating an unsightly fold in the inner corner of the eye What are the options to fix this? My doctor said she wouldn't recommend z-plasty because it could just make the corner worse. But I would like to hear other opinions and if other scar revision techniques could be used? (Attached photos, one is mirror image of the same eye.)

Hi @rachaelgodd86. You would be a great candidate for a lower blepharoplasty. A lower blepharoplasty will address the herniated fat pads and excess skin under your eyes giving you a more refreshed and rested appearance. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
