What can be done to fix a tight blepharoplasty scar in inner corner of the eye? (Photos)

I had upper blepharoplasty in Decembe 2020. On one side the scar is creating an unsightly fold in the inner corner of the eye What are the options to fix this? My doctor said she wouldn't recommend z-plasty because it could just make the corner worse. But I would like to hear other opinions and if other scar revision techniques could be used? (Attached photos, one is mirror image of the same eye.)

Thank-you for your query! The fold on the medial side of your eye can be improved by scar revision which may or may not need a Z plasty or Y-V plasty. Please discuss your options with your surgeon as this problem can be solved by local tissue arrangement, All the best!
