Hello, I've read that seeing unsightly veins on the surface of the breast is quite common post breast-augmentation when there is minimal natural tissue coverage. Personally, I know one of my colleagues who had this issue after getting implants, even though she went with a smaller implant. She just had nearly no tissue. How are such cosmetic issues post-augmentation resolved? Is sclerotherapy for the breasts the best option or what would plastic surgeons recommend? Thank you
