Can I rebuild "volume" to my nose after "over done" nose reduction? (photos)

I had a rhino/septo done 2 years ago, I had a very large nose with the typical dorsal hump and droopy tip as well as a wide bridge. in essence you could call it a "bulky" nose. i didn't have an issue so much with the front view more the side views as the droop was my biggest concern. now I feel that my nose is way to slim and completely unhappy with the results, is there any way i can "rebuild" my nose and if its been done it would be great to see before and after pics?

Hello!First of all thank you for your question.During your rhinoplasty surgery it looks like the cartilage inside the nose have been cut too much. It is possible to give a wider look to your nose but during the revision cartilage reconstruction may be needed.

You appear to have a narrowed bridge appearance and a pointy tip after your rhinoplasty. Depending on your condition, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may bbe considered for adding width to your bridge and tip on front view, and perhaps adding a drop of height to your upper bridge on profile.
