Will this get better at 3 months post my neck lift? (Photos)

Due to my blood pressure getting extremely high after the surgery: hematoma which required opening it and flushing out the fluids. Being followed up every other day draining fluid and the PS has injected steroids twice so far. I’m getting married in 6/19 did not want to look like this.
