Thank you for your question. These are normal sensations 6 weeks after a necklift and liposuction. The bumps are likely from residual swelling or the absorbable stitches under the skin. As your skin heals, tingles and tightness are common.  It usually takes a few months for all of this to resolve and is not anything to be concerned about at this point.
