I have never seen Ultherapy do this, so the hypopigmentationis likely due to a lidocaine allergy. It is unclear whether pigment will ever return to normal. That is why I don't recommend the use of local anesthesia when doing Ultherapy. A narcotic pain pill is all you really need to control the treatment pain and there is no pain whatsoever after the Ultherapy treatment. Hope this helps and Best of Luck!
