Hi Docs I had an Avelar mini tuck done combined with Vaser lipo. Still not seeing much results 6 months post the procedure. I recently went to a physio therapist who suggested that I have diastasis recti, although my surgeon says it’s a hernia. Could that be the reason I’m not seeing much results?

A video would be preferable to better see the condition of the skin, but for sure the best initial option, and the most limited incision that I would recommend just based off of the pictures would be the traditional tummy tuck which is from hip bone to hip bone in order to successfully remove...

Yes, the scar can be corrected with an abdominoplasty and the abdominal muscles can also be corrected at the same time.
