Avelar mini tuck with Vaser lipo done, no results - could diastasis recti or a hernia be the reason for no improvement? (Photos)

Hi Docs I had an Avelar mini tuck done combined with Vaser lipo. Still not seeing much results 6 months post the procedure. I recently went to a physio therapist who suggested that I have diastasis recti, although my surgeon says it’s a hernia. Could that be the reason I’m not seeing much results?
