From the submitted photos it appears you have skin laxity, excess fat, and abdominal wall laxity both above and below the belly button. For those reasons a standard tummy tuck is recommended. The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy. If a hernia is present it can often be corrected along with the tummy tuck.
